Eleanor grew up in Philippines and moved to Canada in 1975 in search of better prospects.
God has greatly blessed her life as a realtor for 35 years and as mother of two daughters, as she became a successful realtor in Richmond, BC, and a grandmother loved by four grandchildren. Many people around her, such as local church communities and schools, have been touched by her generosity and hospitality.

She cares about the arts too. Her house walls are decorated with a collection of Thomas Kinkade’s artwork. She likes his lifelike and idyllic portrayals of homes and nature, especially how he uses lights to illumine his subjects.

Her hobbies are ping pong and pickleball. She enjoys doing these things for exercise and to have fellowship with her playmates and a way to share about Christ. She also especially cherishes playing ping pong with her now 95-year old mother, her oldest sparring partner!

Eleanor decided to become a member of the board in support of POIEO's mission. She serves as the treasurer of the Board.
