What is the Poieo Film Project?
The Poieo Film Project consists of three film series:

explores the value of the arts in Christian worship.

FILM SERIES
unfolds the theological significance and missional practices of the arts in culture.
This Poieo Film Project will be an inspiring resource
for artists and church leaders.
What’s the current status of the project?
Three pilot episodes are currently in development.

The Artist Care Series pilot is based on original content by Dr. Craig Detweiler (President of Wedgwood Circle).

The Liturgy Care Series pilot is based on original content by Dr. Michael J. Bauer (Kansas University).

The Culture Care Series pilot is based on "Through Dance: Fully Human, Fully Alive" by Dr. Sara Savage (University of Cambridge), in Beholding the Glory: Incarnation through the Arts (Baker, 2001), edited by Dr. Jeremy Begbie (Duke University).​
Who is involved in this project?
Six contributors and advisors, as well as talented writers and directors, are working alongside our team to produce pilot episodes of high quality in both content and form. We anticipate the involvement of a diverse set of scholars and practitioners for all future episodes.
